Delivery & Returns
When placing your order, you should ask specifically about delivery schedule and times to allow yourself sufficient time to order and have the product manufactured and delivered. Weather Tite offers several convenient ways for your product to be either delivered or picked up.
Will Call Orders:
Your company is always welcome to come and pick up an order between scheduled delivery times at Weather Tite. Please schedule your pick-up at least 48 hours in advance. Make sure to bring an appropriate vehicle to haul your load. Also, bring appropriate and adequate supplies to secure your order onto your vehicle.
Weather Tite assumes no liability for transporting will call orders. Weather Tite reserves the right to refuse to load any vehicle it determines inappropriate or unsafe to transport our material.
Job Site Deliveries:
Weather Tite will be happy to deliver your order directly to your job site. A job site delivery, however, does require a freight charge. Remember that the customer is solely responsible for unloading the truck.
If for some reason your job site is not equipped to handle a 48-foot trailer, please notify us. Additional charges may apply.
All standard trim items and accessories may be returned. Weather Tite asks that the merchandise be in perfect condition when returned. Any item(s) returned will require a 25 percent restocking fee and will be subject to inspection at our location.
